Sewerage Revenue Vs Operating Expenditure 2015 - 2017. Based on Management Accounts. Total revenue excluding government subsidy. HQ and Regional Costs are allocated into respective states based on various cost drivers. Selangor include F.T. Kuala Lumpur and F.T. Putrajaya revenues and relevant cost (i.e. certification, land services, external training, project management, consultancy, etc.). Total Operating Cost excludes Finance, Depreciation, and provision of bad debt.
