u-Pustaka is an innovation that initiated by the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia (KKMM) through the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) with the support of eight (8) participating libraries known as u-Pustaka Consortium Libraries and supported by eight (8) u-Pustaka Strategic Partners. u-Pustaka manifests a collaborative synergy with the objectives to spur the adoption of life-long learning culture as well as aid in bridging digital divide and contribute towards digital opportunity for economic and social progress of the nation.
