Total Money Supply

This dataset shows the Total Money Supply 2013-2021.

Footnote M1 consists of currency in circulation and demand deposits of the private sector placed with commercial banks and Islamic banks. M2 consists of M1 plus narrow quasi-money. Narrow quasi-money comprising savings and fixed deposits, negotiable instruments of deposits (NIDs), repos and foreign currency deposits of the private sector placed with commercial banks and Islamic banks. M3 consists of M2 plus deposits of the private sector placed with finance companies, merchant banks and discount houses. Excludes interplacement among the banking institutions.
